After some incursions into the Growth methodology, Almirall S.A. asked us to carry out an acquisition campaign to locate and attract talent interested in presenting innovation projects to research challenges posed by the company. The recipe for capturing such a niche audience was the combination of carefully designed audience segmentation and sequenced impact planning. If we add to these ingredients through optimisation and compelling creativity, it's no wonder that the campaigns are a success. That said, it sounds easy, but it is not ;)
